Job summary

Hiresquad seeks an Oracle Cloud PPM Functional Lead with 7+ years of Fusion/Cloud experience and 5+ years in Fusion/Cloud. The role requires deep expertise in Project Costing, Contracts, Billing, controls and a strong ERP/Finance background.

Remote/hybrid work arrangements apply based on location. Ideal candidates have 2-3 Oracle PPM Cloud implementations, FSM exposure, and skills in OTBI, analytics, integrations, and data loaders.

Qualifications

• 2-3 implementations or support projects in Oracle PPM Cloud.
• Expertise in Project Costing, Contracts, Billing & Control.
• Strong ERP/Finance functional knowledge.
• Hands-on with FSM, rapid implementation templates and ADFdi.
• Business process mapping, fit/gap analysis and level 13 finance processes.
• Certification in PPM/Finance preferred.
• Oracle EBS exposure is a plus.
• Skilled in functional specs, OTBI reports and analytics.
• Knowledge of integrations, data loaders and spreadsheet loaders.
• Experience in PPM Cloud security and workflows.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud PPM initiatives and cloud-based project controls.
• Map business processes and conduct fit/gap analyses for finance workflows.
• Design and review OTBI reports and analytics for project performance.
• Coordinate integrations and data loading procedures across systems.
• Ensure security and governance for PPM Cloud environments.
