SFE is seeking an Oracle Fusion and OIC Lead to drive integration strategy and delivery from Dallas, with remote work options. The role requires 8+ years in integration tools and at least 3+ years in OIC, connecting Oracle Fusion with Oracle and non-Oracle applications.

You will lead design discussions, develop integrations, and coordinate with offshore teams to meet business needs. Responsibilities include collecting requirements, mapping data, and prioritizing multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in integration tools.
• 3+ years of OIC experience.
• OIC integration with Oracle Fusion and non-Oracle apps.
• Integration with Oracle Fusion.
• Synch/Asynch integration using APIs.

Responsabilités

• Participate in design and discussion of the integrations.
• Develop new integrations as needed.
• Lead the team and coordinate with offshore team as needed.
• Collect, document and understand Client Business Requirements.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects on design approach.
• Collaborate with other teams on data mapping.
• Prioritize and support multiple projects.
• Schedule and lead workshops with customers to collect requirements.
• Support and work with team managers across operations.
• Troubleshoot and provide fixes to keep business running.
