Job summary

Allegis Group is seeking a technically proficient Oracle Fusion Lead Developer to architect, develop, and optimize Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle PaaS-based solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials (especially Project Billing, AR, Collections, and Enterprise Contracts), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and related PaaS technologies.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end technical implementations, integrations, and customizations across the Contract-to-Cash

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of Oracle ERP technical development with 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Experience with OIC, VBCS, PCS; Oracle Fusion Financials modules (AR, Project Billing, Collections, Enterprise Contracts).
• Familiarity with BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, HDL, REST/SOAP APIs; OCI, ATP, ADW, DBaaS.
• Experience with ODI, Autosys, and Oracle Cloud Scheduler for job orchestration.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Security, IDCS, LDAP; Agile, JIRA, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable Oracle Fusion ERP and PaaS solutions; lead end-to-end SDLC.
• Develop custom extensions using VBCS, APEX, and Java Cloud Service.
• Build integrations via OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and data exchange tooling.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews; ensure standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and Business Analysts.
• Oversee data migrations, integrity, and performance across OCI and DBaaS.
• Support security/compliance, RBAC, IDCS, and SoX controls.
• Create reports and dashboards with OTBI, FAW, and BI Publisher.
