Job summary

Talent Groups is seeking a senior Oracle Fusion Finance/Oracle Cloud Financials specialist to join our team in Menlo Park, CA. The ideal candidate will own functional domains across AR, Revenue, GL, AP, Procurements, Assets, Tax, Intercompany, and Subscription, and drive end-to-end integrations with internal and third-party systems.

Responsibilities include leading UAT, test scenario reviews, defect triage, and ensuring traceability from requirements to delivered solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Finance / Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Strong functional expertise in AR, Revenue, GL, AP, Procurement, Assets, Tax, Intercompany, and Subscription.
• Experience with end-to-end integrations across Oracle Fusion, custom/internal, and third-party applications.
• Strong background in UAT, functional testing, test scenario review, defect triage, and requirements traceability.
• Experience with Oracle quarterly releases, patches, upgrades, impact analysis, and regression testing.
• Knowledge of OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and file-based integrations is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; experience working with onsite/offshore teams.
• Must be based in California and available to work onsite in Menlo Park 3 days/week.
