Job summary

Allegis Group seeks an Oracle Fusion Lead Developer to architect, develop, and optimize Oracle Fusion ERP and PaaS-based solutions. Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials (AR, Project Billing, Collections, Contracts) and OIC is required.

You will lead end-to-end technical implementations, integrations, and customizations across the Contract-to-Cash lifecycle, mentoring staff and guiding SDLC across multiple teams. Office-based role in Hanover, MD with 2 in-office days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of Oracle ERP technical development, with 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Experience with OIC, VBCS, PCS; Oracle Fusion Financials modules: AR, Project Billing, Collections, Enterprise Contracts.
• Familiarity with BI Publisher, OTBI, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HDL; OCI, ATP, ADW, DBaaS.
• Autosys, ODI, and Oracle Cloud Scheduler for job orchestration.
• Oracle Cloud Security, IDCS, LDAP integration; SoX and SoD compliance.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable Oracle Fusion ERP and PaaS solutions.
• Lead end-to-end technical implementations across Contract-to-Cash.
• Mentor developers and oversee SDLC from design to deployment.
• Integrate Oracle Fusion with third-party systems using OIC and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Develop reports and dashboards using OTBI, FAW, and BI Publisher.
