Hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days from home) with compensation of $110,000 to $125,000. Requires 5+ years in ERP, Oracle Fusion ERP, and strong reporting, analytics, and data governance capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems or related enterprise technologies.
• 5+ years hands-on with Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Strong understanding of financial and operational business processes.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Working knowledge of SQL, databases, ERP integrations, APIs and related technologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions and process improvements.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business partner between functional departments and the ERP platform.
• Act as the functional subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion and related processes.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and other units to identify process improvements, automation, and standardization.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, analytics, and data extracts.
• Investigate and resolve ERP-related issues via root cause analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support month-, quarter-, and year-end processes through ERP system management.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and support ERP enhancements, upgrades, and initiatives.
• Provide end-user training and guidance on ERP functionality, workflows, and best practices.
• Lead data governance initiatives focused on data integrity, quality, security, and consistency.
• Establish and maintain data management standards, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Automate and streamline data management processes to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations and ERP optimization efforts.
