Job summary

Seneca Resources is seeking a senior Oracle ERP specialist to manage Fusion Financials Cloud ERP, security models, and data integrations. The role requires hands-on work with Oracle Fusion modules, BI tools, and data loads, while ensuring compliance in a regulated environment. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

The candidate will handle multiple priorities, leverage SQL for data analysis, and collaborate across teams on ERP architecture and release management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud ERP.
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle security and permissions (roles, privileges and data access).
• Strong understanding of ERP architecture and data models.
• Experience with API-based integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis.
• Proficiency with Fusion Middleware/OIC.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and/or Procurement and HCM.
• Experience with BI Publisher / OTBI.
• FBDI and HDL data loads experience.
• Knowledge of Oracle security model (roles, privileges, data access).
• Programming language experience with at least one language.
• Basic Linux knowledge and shell scripting familiarity.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail in compliance-driven work.
• Familiarity with DevOps and release management processes.
