Job summary

Simmons Foods, Inc. is seeking an Oracle Solutions Architect to design and implement cloud-based ERP/SCM solutions. You will leverage Oracle Automation and AI tools, including AI agents and OIC, to optimize processes and drive data-driven decisions. The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring of team members.

The position is salary-exempt and involves travel up to 20% to support implementations and client engagements across the Oracle ecosystem.

Qualifications

7+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations across ERP/SCM.
Proficiency in ERP and SCM modules and integration.
Experience leveraging Oracle automation and AI tools (AI agents, OIC).
Strong project leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Willingness to travel up to 20%.
Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field (or 4 years related experience).
Preferred: Master’s degree and Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM certifications.
