Job summary

Northern Base seeks an Oracle Fusion Cloud AP FA Functional Consultant to implement and optimize Oracle Cloud Financials across AP, FA, and Tax. The role requires deep expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud, BPM workflows, SLA, and related reporting tools.

You will work onsite across Charlotte, NC and other US locations, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end configurations and integrations. Strong documentation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials.
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud, particularly AP and FA.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle AP, Taxation (ZX), BPM Workflows, SLA, and CMK.
• Experience with Financial Reporting solutions (FRC, BIP, OTBI, Analytics).
• End-to-end AP, Tax, FA, and GL configurations in Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud Financials ERP solutions with hands-on design, development, and integration contributions.
• Design solutions for enterprise architecture and integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP and other systems.
• Configure and implement AP, FA, Tax, and GL functionality.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver Oracle Cloud Financials solutions.
• Support integrations and ensure seamless data flow between systems.

Role: Oracle Fusion Cloud AP FA Functional Consultant
Location: Charlotte, NC / Pennington, NJ / Jersey City, NJ / Plano, TX (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 10 20 years

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud, particularly Accounts Payable (AP) and Fixed Assets (FA)
• Deep knowledge of Oracle AP, Taxation (ZX), Business Process Management (BPM) Workflows, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Collaboration Messaging (CMK)
• Strong experience with Financial Reporting solutions, including FRC, BIP, OTBI, and Analytics
• Expertise in end-to-end AP, Tax, FA, and GL configurations in Oracle Fusion Cloud
• End-to-end implementation experience in AP, FA, and Tax modules
• Strong knowledge of Invoicing, Payments, PPR, and AP Accounting
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Fixed Assets
• Expertise in BPM Workflows
• Hands-on experience developing and working with BI Publisher (BIP) reports
• Strong understanding of accounting processes, workflows, and their relationship to Oracle applications and business requirements
• Experience designing and implementing integrations between Oracle Cloud Financials and third-party/enterprise systems
• Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify risks and issues, and propose effective solutions using Oracle Cloud ERP
• Experience configuring and deploying Oracle Cloud Financials solutions across various environments
• Strong understanding of application performance optimization, tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Experience creating functional specifications, design specifications, technical design approaches, and user guidance
• Ability to work closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solution support
• Experience collaborating with technical teams to design and implement integrations
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with developers, analysts, workstream leads, project managers, and Oracle teams
• Excellent verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts and designs for non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
