Elfonze Technologies is seeking an Oracle Fusion Application Management professional focused on release, change, and environment management across Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (Financials, HCM, SCM, Procurement). You will coordinate quarterly updates, deploy runbooks, and ensure governance across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Applications such as ERP, HCM, or SCM in a release-management, environment-management, or AMS capacity.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion quarterly update cycles and Opt-In features.
• Understanding of change-management and change-advisory-board (CAB) processes.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI/BIP reporting, and FBDI/ADFDI data loads.
• Ability to coordinate with functional and technical teams across multiple Oracle Fusion modules.
• Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple releases, dependencies, timelines, and priorities in a structured manner.

Responsabilités

• Define and manage the release calendar for Oracle Fusion Cloud quarterly updates, patches, and project-driven changes.
• Coordinate release schedules across Financials, HCM, SCM, and Procurement workstreams to avoid conflicting change windows.
• Develop and maintain release plans, runbooks, deployment plans, and cutover checklists.
• Manage dependencies between releases, integrations, and business-critical periods such as month-end, year-end, and open enrollment.
• Govern the change-management process across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments, including CAB alignment.
• Ensure proper version control, documentation, and tracking of configurations and code changes.
• Coordinate with Oracle on quarterly cloud updates, including impact assessment and regression testing.
• Support the Oracle Fusion environment strategy, including sandbox, test, staging, and production environments.
• Coordinate environment refreshes, cloning activities, and environment availability for project and support teams.
• Work with technical teams on deployment of Oracle Fusion configurations, OIC integrations, OTBI/BIP reports, and customizations.
• Coordinate FBDI/ADFDI data loads associated with release and deployment activities.
• Track release readiness, dependencies, risks, issues, and post-release activities across teams.

About the Role

We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Application Management professional to support release management, change management, and environment management across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including Financials, HCM, SCM, and Procurement .

This role will have visibility across multiple Oracle Fusion modules, as release and change management activities impact all functional and technical workstreams. The role may also have opportunities to support the intake and assessment of Oracle AI features as the scope evolves.

What You'll Own

• Define and manage the release calendar for Oracle Fusion Cloud quarterly updates, patches, and project-driven changes .
  
• Coordinate release schedules across Financials, HCM, SCM, and Procurement workstreams to avoid conflicting change windows.
  
• Develop and maintain release plans, runbooks, deployment plans, and cutover checklists .
  
• Manage dependencies between releases, integrations, and business-critical periods such as month-end, year-end, and open enrollment .

What You Need to Bring

• The role will work closely with Financials, HCM, SCM, Procurement, Integration, Reporting, and other technical and functional teams , as release cycles impact multiple towers across the account.
