CTC is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub & Intercompany Consultant with strong expertise in Supply Chain Cost Accounting to support enterprise-wide Oracle Cloud ERP implementations and enhancements.

The ideal candidate will bring deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials, FAH, Intercompany Transactions, and Cost Management, with experience driving end-to-end implementations and business process optimization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience.
• 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with FAH, Intercompany, Cost Accounting, Inventory Management, and P2P.

Responsabilidades

• Lead implementation and support of FAH solutions.
• Configure and manage Intercompany Accounting processes and setups.
• Design and implement accounting rules, mapping sets, and journal entries.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance teams to streamline costing and accounting processes.
• Configure and support Cost Accounting, Inventory Valuation, Receipt Accounting, and Landed Cost.
• Conduct month-end and year-end close activities.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
• Conduct CRP sessions, UAT, training, and post-production support.

The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials, Accounting Hub, Intercompany Transactions, and Supply Chain Cost Management, with experience driving end-to-end implementations and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH) solutions.
• Configure and manage Intercompany Accounting processes and setups.
• Design and implement accounting rules, mapping sets, and journal entries.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance teams to streamline costing and accounting processes.
• Configure and support:
• Cost Accounting
• Inventory Valuation
• Receipt Accounting
• Landed Cost Management
• Standard, Average, and Actual Costing
• Conduct business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Troubleshoot accounting and costing issues across Oracle Fusion modules.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
• Conduct CRP sessions, UAT, training, and post-production support.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience.
• 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub
• Intercompany Accounting
• Cost Accounting
• Inventory Management
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Experience with manufacturing and supply chain accounting processes.
• Multiple full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
• Oracle Cloud Financials Certification.
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with third-party systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
