Synchrony Systems, Inc. invites an experienced Finance Techno-Functional Consultant to join our remote delivery team.

You will lead Oracle Finance modules design, development, and deployment to ensure alignment with program objectives and scalable finance solutions. You will run workshops with stakeholders, translate business requirements into Oracle configurations (GL, AR, AP), oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, and partner with cross-functional teams to achieve integrated

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience with Oracle Finance modules (GL, AR, AP, FA, Cash Management).
• Experience leading workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into Oracle Finance solutions.
• End-to-end management of Oracle Finance tracks across design, development and deployment.
• Ability to drive cross-workstream delivery and partner with multiple teams.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Good Knowledge of oracle EBS finance modules General Ledger, AR, AP, FA, Cash Management, Support (AMS Process).
• Understands SLA and its Criticality.
• Functionally Strong in Oracle GL,AR,AP Module s
• Good Knowledge of AGIS, Intercompany configurations
• Good Knowledge on Cloud Expenses
• Good Knowledge of Tax setups and EB Tax application
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective Oracle Finance solutions.
• End-to-end management of the Finance track, overseeing the design, development, and deployment of Oracle Finance modules to ensure they align with program objectives.
• Drive the Finance track throughout the lifecycle of the program, ensuring seamless execution across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with other teams and stakeholders to ensure integrated delivery across all tracks.
