Mortenson is seeking two hands-on Oracle Finance Systems Analysts to support daily operations and enhancements of the Oracle Finance environment. You will work with Finance users and technical staff to troubleshoot, test changes, and execute system improvements in an execution-focused role.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of Oracle Finance experience and can independently handle issues and enhancements, without owning enterprise architecture or high-level design.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily functional support across Oracle Cloud Finance, especially AP, AR, Travel & Expense, and core Finance processes.
• Investigate and resolve user, system, transaction, and process issues in Oracle Finance environment.
• Support custom Finance applications for invoice processing and related workflows.
• Review incoming Finance support requests, troubleshoot, and drive issues to resolution.
• Create and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) with testing and validation.
• Execute functional configuration and system changes per standards.
• Document requirements for fixes and enhancements and coordinate with development resources.
• Perform functional and regression testing for enhancements, integrations, patches, and fixes.
• Assist with ongoing Finance system enhancements and ERP integrations.

Mortenson is seeking 2 hands-on Oracle Finance Systems Analysts to support the daily operation and ongoing enhancement of its Oracle Finance environment. These individuals will work directly with Finance users and technical resources to troubleshoot issues, support business processes, test changes, and execute system enhancements. This is an execution-oriented functional role, rather than a Finance transformation, architecture, or solution-design position.

Key Responsibilities

Profile: Ideally 5-10 years of relevant Oracle Finance experience. Able to independently work through Finance system issues and enhancements, but not expected to own enterprise architecture, transformation strategy, or high-level solution design.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
