Responsibilities

• Analyze third-party spend data across Oracle Finance modules: AP, Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Master, GL.
• Establish spend baselines by vendor, category, product, service, and contract.
• Map spend, POs, invoices to MSAs, SOWs, and contracts; develop taxonomies for spend visibility.
• Create dashboards and analytics to drive executive decision-making and reporting accuracy.
