Accenture is seeking a transformation-focused Oracle OFS Consultant to help utilities clients modernize field service operations. You will combine hands-on Oracle Field Service expertise with strong consulting and scrum delivery skills, and collaborate across business, technology, testing, training, and offshore teams.

The role involves configuration, design reviews, and leading developers to ensure high-quality deliverables, with travel 0–100% as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Oracle Field Service Cloud experience.
• 3+ years as a Technical Designer on Oracle Field Service Cloud.
• 3+ years with Configuration Tools components and Java/Groovy.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle OFS transformation programs for utilities clients, including field service process redesign, solution configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live adoption.
• Review acceptance criteria and solution design provided in Features.
• Create Technical Design documents aligned with solution design.
• Lead and coach Developers in the team.
• Analyze functional, technical, and integration requirements across scheduling, dispatch, mobile workforce, routing, capacity, and field execution processes.
