Job summary

Simarn Solutions is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP & EPM Functional SME to join our Plano/San Antonio team. You will provide in-depth functional support across Oracle Financials, EPM FCCS, and Narrative Reporting, focusing on intercompany billing and cost accounting.

The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams to implement enhancements, ensure data integrity, and drive process improvements in a controls-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Financial modules across FAH, GL and Fixed Assets.
• Strong Oracle EPM FCCS and Narrative Reporting skills.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate into functional solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support across Oracle Financial modules, including FAH, GL, Fixed Assets, Projects, Intercompany Billing, Inventory, and Cost Accounting.
• Provide functional/technical support for FCCS.
• Handle production support, incident resolution, user queries, period close, and reconciliation activities.
• Manage configurations including Chart of Accounts, FAH accounting rules, project accounting, and intercompany setups.
• Troubleshoot accounting discrepancies and system issues.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional solutions.
• Coordinate with technical teams on enhancements, bug fixes, and integrations.
• Support process improvements while ensuring compliance with accounting principles and internal controls.
