Job summary

New Fortress Energy in New York is seeking an Enterprise Applications & Master Data Analyst to be the first line of support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle EPM, and Kyriba. You will manage master data across COA, supplier, customer, and legal entities while coordinating with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and Procurement.

This role builds in-house support, ensures data consistency, runs monthly quality checks, and supports SOX controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in enterprise application support, financial systems, or master data management.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, including General Ledger and supplier/customer data structures.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage master data change requests and additions across COA, supplier, customer, and related domains, including COA template maintenance.
• Serve as the first point of contact for enterprise application user tickets, resolving issues in-house and escalating where needed.
• Validate data across applications and perform monthly supplier, customer, and COA quality checks.
• Maintain system dimensions and hierarchies aligned to Oracle Fusion COA; manage Kyriba data and mappings.
• Maintain and share reports in OTBI, BI Publisher, and EPM reporting tools for self-serve Master Data reporting.
• Assist with regression test scripts for Oracle quarterly updates and document results.
• Develop job aids and deliver new-user training for master data and Oracle-related processes.
• Support SOX compliance by following change controls and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
