Job summary

Sierra Business Solution LLC in the United States is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Architect to lead ERP Cloud initiatives. The role focuses on designing end-to-end solutions leveraging Oracle ERP Cloud, OIC, and EBS, while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to drive requirements workshops and functional specifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an ERP or Solution Architect.

• 3 years techno-functional experience in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, including: GL, AR, AP, FA, AHCS, Oracle Projects, and related financial web services.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.
• Ability to lead requirement workshops, gather business needs, and define functional specs.
• Knowledge of fit-gap analysis, solution design, and best practices for Oracle Financials.
• Experience reviewing and validating FDDs, process flows, and end-to-end solution designs.
• Hands-on design and development of integrations, extensions, and financial interfaces.
• Strong reporting skills: OTBI, BI Publisher, and data models.
• Experience with OIC, PaaS extensions, VBCS, and ERP Cloud integrations.
