Job summary

Falcon Smart IT (FalconSmartIT) is seeking an Oracle ERP/EPM Transformation Lead to drive Finance Modernization and own Oracle ERP/EPM platforms. You will oversee implementations, integrations, governance, and long-term platform ownership.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, collaborating with Finance, IT, vendors, and partners to ensure successful data migration, security, upgrades, and roadmap execution. This is a senior role demanding strong leadership and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

7+ years of ERP/EPM implementations and platform ownership.
Strong Oracle ERP/EPM and business systems analysis experience.
Experience with cloud integrations, data migration, security, and governance.
Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and manage stakeholders.
Familiarity with AI-enabled development tools and Python.

Responsibilities

Lead Oracle ERP/EPM implementation, integration, testing, data migration, and go-live readiness.
Collaborate with Finance, IT, vendors, and implementation partners.
Manage platform governance, SaaS upgrades, enhancements, and roadmap.
Oversee post-go-live support, optimization, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate technical teams, manage risks, and ensure business alignment.
