Job summary

McLeod Health is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer for IT Business Operations in Florence, SC. This hybrid role focuses on analyzing and managing data within Oracle ERP, developing data models, ETL processes, and optimizing performance across Financials, Supply Chain, and HRMS modules.

The ideal candidate will design and customize ERP applications, write advanced SQL/PL/SQL, and mentor junior staff while ensuring data integrity and scalable reporting solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience 10 as a Data Analyst, Developer, or similar role in Oracle ERP systems.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle database architecture, data modeling, and schema design.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
• Experience with Oracle ERP modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets within Oracle ERP to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Design and implement data models, structures, and pipelines for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Customize Oracle ERP applications to meet business requirements and improve system functionality.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL scripts, and stored procedures for data extraction and reporting.
• Implement and maintain data interfaces, integrations, and ETL processes.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Oracle ERP databases and applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle ERP data-related issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including data standards, procedures, and configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior members on Oracle ERP data management.
