Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies seeks an experienced Oracle ERP Analyst to work 100% remotely in the United States. The role requires 12+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Financials expertise, covering GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and SLA.

The analyst will collaborate with finance stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and business users to gather requirements, document specs, and support end-to-end processes, SIT, and UAT across multiple implementations and support

Qualifications

• Experience as an Oracle Fusion Financials Business Analyst or Functional Business Analyst.
• Hands-on functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Familiarity with Subledger Accounting (SLA) and accounting distributions.
• Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, and test documentation.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and document functional specifications.
• Support end-to-end financial processes across Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.
• Manage System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Lead defect management, triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution tracking.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, technical, and integration teams.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Business Analyst with strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Subledger Accounting (SLA).

The ideal candidate will work closely with finance stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and business users to gather and analyze business requirements, document functional specifications, support end-to-end financial processes, and manage System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

The candidate must have hands-on experience in test scenario preparation, test execution, defect identification, defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking across Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, enhancements, and support projects.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience as an Oracle Fusion Financials Business Analyst or Functional Business Analyst.
• Hands-on functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Subledger Accounting (SLA) and accounting distributions.
• Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and test documentation.
• Proven experience in SIT, UAT, defect management, defect triage, and regression testing.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end financial transaction processing and subledger-to-GL reconciliation.
• Experience working with finance, accounting, technical, and integration teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
