Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Oracle Solution Architect to lead advisory and implementation services across client organizations within the Transformation Practice. You will work with a strong team to design, build, and deploy Oracle applications, ensuring successful user adoption and post-production support.

You will document requirements, configure integrations, and guide trainings while traveling up to 40% as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum 4 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice serving cross-industry clients at a national level.
Minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations of Oracle.
Industry recognized professional certification required.

Responsibilities

Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, & build phases.
Document business requirements, system design and transformational goals.
Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
Create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption.
Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment.
Provide post-production support.
Participate in full life cycle implementations.
Identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures.
Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
Other duties as assigned.
