Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Engineer to support the Global Planning & Budgeting portfolio, focusing on Oracle Cloud EPM, including Planning, FDMEE, and Hyperion Financial Reporting. The role requires extensive Essbase design, multi‑dimensional modeling, and experience with large deployments.

You will translate business requirements into technical specs, collaborate across IT groups, and deliver high-quality engineering artifacts on schedule.

Qualifications

• More than 13 years of proven, hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud services and EPM SaaS.
• Well versed with Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.x, FDMEE and Hyperion Financial Reports.
• Exceptional understanding of multidimensional concepts.
• Experience in large, complex Essbase design and development.
• Proficient in all Essbase components: outline design, Calc script, and MaxL.
• Batch scripting with epmautomate, CLI, MAXL; Rest‑API/groovy/java scripting.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and designs into technical specs.
• Maintain effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
• Produce high-quality application engineering deliverables on schedule.
• Build and unit test projects to detailed design specifications.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering staff and lead developers across locations.
• Lead a team of developers across multiple time zones.
