Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced ET role specialist with deep Oracle EPM expertise to support the Global Planning & Budgeting portfolio. The candidate will lead Essbase development, FDMEE and Hyperion Financial Reporting, while guiding a team across multiple locations.

Responsibilities include translating requirements into technical specs, maintaining strong team communication, and delivering high-quality artifacts within project timelines. A global, hybrid work environment is offered.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of hands-on Oracle EPM experience (Planning, Essbase, FDMEE).
• Experience with Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.x and EPM SaaS.
• Strong understanding of multidimensional concepts and design.
• Global implementations and complex Essbase development experience.
• Proficient in batch scripting and data integration scripting (MAXL, epmautomate).

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and design into technical specs.
• Maintain cross-team communication and escalate issues when needed.
• Deliver high-quality engineering artifacts on schedule.
• Lead a team of developers across locations/time zones.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
