Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior Oracle EPM/Hyperion specialist to lead complex EPM Cloud transformation programs from architecture through deployment. You will drive cross-functional delivery, align Planning, EPCM and Project Planning capabilities, and partner with client Finance and Technology leaders to shape the solution.

Travel may be required; you will guide a project team of 5+ resources, ensure design- and data-integrations quality, and contribute to proposals and staffing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle EPM/Hyperion experience including Oracle EPM Cloud.
• 3+ years leading enterprise-scale Oracle EPM implementations.
• 3+ years design/delivery across multiple EPM modules such as EPCM and Project Planning.
• 3+ years experience in Oracle Planning / EPBCS with ERP integrations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).
• If Associate’s Degree, equivalent 6-year work experience.

The Work:

Lead the solution and delivery of complex Oracle EPM Cloud transformation programs, providing end-to-end leadership from architecture and design through deployment and stabilization. Define the overall EPM solution approach across Planning, EPCM, Projects/Project Planning, and other applicable EPM capabilities, ensuring an integrated and scalable architecture. Lead functional and technical teams through design, configuration, integrations, testing, deployment, and production transition. Serve as a senior EPM advisor to client Finance and Technology leadership, providing direction on solution decisions, delivery risks, dependencies, and trade-offs. Own overall delivery across scope, schedule, resources, risks/issues, dependencies, quality, and major program milestones. Work across EPM, ERP, data, and integration teams to resolve complex cross-platform design and delivery dependencies. Support solutioning, estimation, proposals, staffing, and other Oracle EPM practice activities. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s What You Need

Minimum of 8 years of experience with Oracle EPM/Hyperion solutions, including significant experience with Oracle EPM Cloud. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience leading complex, enterprise-scale Oracle EPM implementations through the full implementation lifecycle. Minimum of 3 years of strong Oracle EPM solution architecture and delivery experience across multiple EPM capabilities. Minimum of 3 years experience in Oracle Planning / EPBCS, with experience across additional EPM modules such as EPCM and Project Planning. Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and delivering integrated EPM solutions involving ERP, financial data, integrations, reporting, and related enterprise systems. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

• You have a Finance or Accounting degree


• You have a solid understanding of the Finance function specifically Financial Planning & Analysis, including operating models and supporting organization structures, and process best practices


• You have significant engagement management as well as business, practice, and people development


• You have experience leading a project and leading a project team of at least 5+ resources


• You have knowledge in Controllership processes including technical accounting (GAAP/IFRS standards), accounting operations, month-end close, consolidations, and reporting


• You have a MBA and/or CPA license
