Job summary

CloudADDIE in the United States is seeking an Oracle EPM consultant to join our growing team, working directly on Oracle PBCS/EPBCS projects for healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services clients. From day one you will be embedded in client engagements to implement, optimize, and solve problems in Oracle EPM Cloud.

You will own modeling, data loads, rules, and integrations, while collaborating with FP&A and finance teams.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years hands-on with Oracle PBCS or EPBCS
• Business rules and calc scripts: read and know what they do
• Form design and member formula experience
• Familiarity with Data Management / FDMEE
• Green Card holder or US Citizen
• A drive to figure things out, even when Oracle's docs are circular

Responsibilities

• Build and configure PBCS / EPBCS planning models: metadata, forms, business rules, and data loads
• Own dimension maintenance, substitution variables, and security provisioning across client environments
• Work with Data Management / FDMEE to keep ERP-to-EPM integrations accurate and reliable
• Build reports in Oracle EPM Reports and Financial Reporting Studio, and support ad hoc analysis in Smart View
• Be the client's go-to: interface directly with FP&A and finance teams
• Bring ideas to the table: to improve how things are built
• Grow into full implementation leads: the path is real, the runway is yours

The role

What you will own

You will be embedded in real client engagements from day one, implementing, optimizing, and problem-solving across Oracle EPM Cloud environments in healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services. No two weeks look the same.

• Build and configure PBCS / EPBCS planning models: metadata, forms, business rules, and data loads

• Work with Data Management / FDMEE to keep ERP-to-EPM integrations accurate and reliable
• Build reports in Oracle EPM Reports and Financial Reporting Studio, and support ad hoc analysis in Smart View

• Bring ideas to the table: if you see a better way to build something, we genuinely want to hear it
• Grow into full implementation leads: the path is real, the runway is yours

Must have

• 3 to 5 years hands-on with Oracle PBCS or EPBCS Required
• Business rules and calc scripts: you can read one and know exactly what it is doing
• Form design and member formula experience
• Familiarity with Data Management / FDMEE
• Green Card holder or US Citizen Required
• A drive to figure things out, even when Oracle's documentation sends you in circles

We will train you, bonus if you have it

• Workday Adaptive Planning or NetSuite NSPB Bonus
• Data Analytics or BI background: Power BI, Tableau, Essbase Bonus
• Advanced Excel: the kind where you have opinions about XLOOKUP
• FP&A or finance background: knowing why the numbers matter
• Oracle EPM Cloud certification (we'll invest in getting you there)
• Healthcare or manufacturing industry experience

Compensation and benefits

$80,000 to $90,000
