Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced Technology Consultant 2 to contribute to Oracle Cloud EPM ARCS projects, covering design, development, testing, and deployment. You will participate in end-to-end SDLC activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure robust integration and data management within ARCS.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and hands-on experience with .NET web services, RESTful APIs, and EPM data integration.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM - Account Reconciliation.
  • Experience in ARCS end-to-end projects including design, solution creation, testing, configuration & data integration.
  • Experience in .NET web services and RESTful APIs.
  • ARCS configuration of segment, process, risk rating, frequency, account type, aging profiles.
  • Experience with Account Reconciliations formats and profiles.
  • Experience on transaction matching and reconciliation compliance.
  • Experience in EPM data integration/data management creating integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to requirements elicitation and document business requirements.

Job Description
  • Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided.
  • Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions.
  • Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability.
  • Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories.
  • Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards.
  • Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications.
  • Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability.
  • Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects.

Required Skill and Experience
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud EPM - Account Reconciliation.
  • Expertise in gathering and analyzing requirements.
  • Experience in implementing E2E Projects of ARCS covering designing, creating solutions, testing, configuration & data integration.
  • Experience in .NET web services and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience in configuration of various attributes in ARCS: segment, process, risk rating, frequency, account type, and aging profiles.
  • Experience in working on Account Reconciliations formats and profiles.
  • Experience on both transaction matching and reconciliation compliance.
  • Experience in EPM data integration/data management in creating integrations, locations.
  • Experience with automation for the data load, backup using both REST APIs and EPM Automate (batch scripting in windows).
Preferred Skill and Experience
  • Experience understanding the implications of metadata changes and performing impact analysis.
  • Experience validating data at a detailed level, analyzing and reconciling the data.
Additional Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
