Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Applications Specialist III with technical and functional expertise in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications.

The selected candidate will provide ongoing support for Oracle EPM applications, serve as a primary point of contact for application administrators, address technical and functional questions, and ensure timely resolution of application-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing technical and functional support for Oracle EPM applications.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for Oracle EPM administrators.
• Respond to application-related questions and provide appropriate technical guidance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues.
• Provide application development and analysis support as required.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Support the ongoing operation and maintenance of Oracle EPM applications.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following education and experience combinations:

• Completion of 12 semester hours of Computer Science or Management Information Systems coursework from an accredited college or university, plus 3 additional years of experience in applications development and analysis; OR
• Completion of at least 156 hours of vocational or technical education resulting in certification in applications development, plus 3 additional years of experience in applications development and analysis; OR
• An equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of applications development experience for the required education, plus 3 additional years of experience in applications development and analysis.
