Job summary

Kastech Software Solutions Group is seeking an Oracle EPCM Consultant to support the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management. You will partner with Finance and stakeholders to translate profitability reporting and cost allocation requirements into Oracle Cloud EPM solutions.

The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of cost allocation and profitability analysis, with hands-on EPCM experience.

Qualifications

• Proven Oracle EPCM experience in a financial planning context.
• Experience with PCMCS and migration to EPCM.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM Data Integration and EPM Automate.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or Oracle EBS.
• Experience supporting complex allocations across multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure EPCM applications: dimensions, hierarchies, models, rules.
• Develop allocation methodologies for costs and overheads.
• Support profitability analysis across products, customers, departments, business units.
• Validate results and reconcile outputs to source data; troubleshoot issues.
• Create design documents, configurations, and end-user training materials.
• Support deployment, knowledge transfer, and post-production activities.

Our client is seeking an Oracle EPCM Consultant to support the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management. This individual will partner with Finance and business stakeholders to translate profitability reporting and cost allocation requirements into effective Oracle Cloud EPM solutions.

The ideal candidate brings strong functional knowledge of cost allocation and profitability analysis, along with hands‑on experience configuring and supporting Oracle EPCM.

• Design and configure EPCM applications, including dimensions, hierarchies, models, rule sets, allocation rules, and custom calculation rules.
• Develop allocation methodologies for shared services, overhead expenses, and other business costs.
• Support profitability analysis across products, customers, departments, business units, and other relevant segments.
• Validate allocation results, reconcile outputs to source data, and troubleshoot calculation or data issues.
• Review rule performance and recommend improvements to processing efficiency and maintainability.
• Develop test scenarios, support system integration testing and user acceptance testing, and resolve defects.
• Create functional design documents, configuration documentation, and end-user training materials.
• Support deployment, knowledge transfer, and post-production activities.
• Hands‑on experience implementing or supporting Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management (EPCM).
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, allocation methodologies, profitability analysis, and financial reporting.
• Experience configuring dimensions, hierarchies, allocation rules, and calculation logic.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional designs and system configurations.
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation, testing, and production issue resolution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with Finance, IT, and implementation teams.

Must have

• At least years of Oracle EPM experience, including direct EPCM experience.
• Experience with Oracle Profitability and Cost Management Cloud (PCMCS), including migration to EPCM.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM Data Integration and EPM Automate.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle EBS, or other financial source systems.
• Experience supporting complex allocations across multiple entities or business units.
