The ideal candidate will have 10–12 years of Oracle EBS experience in supply chain modules, exposure to PL/SQL and Workflow, strong communication skills, and the ability to address user issues, manage tickets, and participate in enhancements and projects.

Qualifications

• 10 to 12 years of experience in Oracle EBS Supply chain modules.
• Located within the United States and US Citizenship required.
• Experience in managing Oracle SRs.

Responsibilities

• Address user issues and resolve technical problems.
• Manage tickets and service requests; perform config updates.
• Interact with consultants and SMEs; perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in enhancements and support projects.
