Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EBS R12.2.11 deployments from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Develop functional specifications, workflows, and integration points for developers.
• Provide ongoing support for Oracle EBS Order Management and Discrete Manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
• Stay updated on Oracle EBS updates, features, and best practices.
• Ensure all development/change control processes and compliance requirements are followed.
• Provide training and end-user support to ensure effective system utilization.
• Own the governance of third-party support and service delivery.
