Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Analyst to support Purchasing, Payables, and Financials within the Oracle E‑Business Suite for a Federal Finance environment. You will partner with business stakeholders, define functional/technical requirements, and help implement, enhance, and integrate ERP solutions while ensuring compliance and quality.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with Oracle EBS suite functionalities (Purchasing, Payables, Finance).
Experience implementing and integrating ERP systems using Oracle E‑Business Suite.
Strong background collaborating with business partners and producing FDDs/TDDs.
Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12, concurrent programs, and request sets.
Proficiency with PL/SQL.

Responsibilities

Lead and support Oracle EBS R12 functional activities across Purchasing, Payables, and Financials.
Participate in joint requirement-gathering sessions with business partners and document functional and technical requirements.
Develop and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and Technical Design Documents (TDDs).
Collaborate with developers to translate business functions into technical specifications and validate deliverables.
Support ERP system implementations, enhancements, integrations, and testing cycles.
Manage and execute concurrent programs, request sets, and PL/SQL-based workflows.
