Job summary

Concept Plus is seeking an Oracle EBS Administrator to support the deployment, administration, maintenance, and migration of Oracle E-Business Suite environments into Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This position covers development, testing, staging, UAT, production, and disaster recovery environments.

The right candidate will have 5+ years of Oracle EBS administration, Linux and WebLogic experience, and the ability to obtain a government clearance.

Qualifications

• US citizenship and ability to obtain government clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of Oracle EBS administration experience.
• Experience with Oracle EBS Release 12.2.x.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Manager.
• Experience administering Linux servers.
• Remote work performed within CONUS.
• Experience migrating Oracle EBS to OCI within last five years.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and administer Oracle EBS environments.
• Clone, patch, and manage Oracle EBS with OCI tools.
• Configure and maintain Oracle WebLogic services.
• Monitor Oracle Concurrent Processing and Forms/Reports.
• Support deployment of multiple Oracle EBS environments.

About the role

Concept Plus is seeking an Oracle EBS Administrator to support the deployment, administration, maintenance, and migration of Oracle E-Business Suite application environments into Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This position performs day-to-day administration activities supporting development, testing, staging, UAT, production, and disaster recovery environments.

The right candidate wll be responsible for Oracle EBS application administration, environment management, cloning, patching, Oracle Cloud Manager operations, and supporting migration activities throughout the project lifecycle. The position works closely with the Oracle EBS Technical Lead to implement and maintain highly available Oracle EBS environments within OCI.

What you\'ll do

• Install, configure, and administer Oracle EBS application environments.


• Perform Oracle EBS cloning activities using Oracle Cloud Manager.


• Build and configure Oracle EBS application tier servers on OCI Compute.


• Perform Oracle EBS patching and maintenance.


• Configure and maintain Oracle WebLogic services.


• Support AutoConfig configuration management.


• Monitor Oracle Concurrent Processing.


• Administer Forms, Reports, and Workflow services.


• Maintain application configuration files.


• Support deployment of multiple Oracle EBS environments.


• Perform routine health checks and system monitoring.


• Troubleshoot Oracle EBS application issues.


• Support application migration and cutover activities.


• Maintain operational documentation.


• Participate in disaster recovery exercises.


• Support knowledge transfer activities.

Required Qualifications

• US Citizen


• Ability to obtain and/or maintain a government clearance.


• Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.


• Minimum five (5) years of Oracle EBS administration experience.


• Experience supporting Oracle EBS Release 12.2.x.


• Experience with Oracle Cloud Manager.


• Experience administering Linux servers.


• Experience with Oracle application tier technologies.


• Remote work performed within CONUS


• Experience migrating Oracle EBS environment from on-premises to OCI within the last five years

Preferred Qualifications

• Two Oracle EBS migrations to OCI within the last five years.


• Experience supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.


• Oracle Government Cloud experience.


• Experience supporting Oracle Linux 8/9.


• Experience with WebLogic Server.


• Experience supporting high availability Oracle environments.
