Job summary

Realign Llc in Lake Mary, FL is seeking an experienced Oracle DBA for a full-time role to optimize SQL, analyze execution plans, and manage database objects, backups, and replication features in a high-availability environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong performance tuning skills and deep expertise with RAC, ASM, Data Guard, GoldenGate, and OEM. Linux scripting and release-management familiarity are pluses; occasional extended hours may be required to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have deep Oracle DBA experience including RAC and OEM.
• Proficiency in RMAN, Data Guard, ASM, and GoldenGate is required.
• Strong performance tuning, troubleshooting, and understanding of AWR/ASH is essential.

Responsibilities

• Optimization of SQL query, Analyzing execution plans.
• Create and maintain database objects likes Tables, Index, Sequence etc.
• Monitoring Database using OEM. Tuning of Oracle objects.
• Experience in Performance Tuning at Database and Application level.
• Must have good troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding Automatic Workload Repository (AWR), Oracle hints, Active Session History (ASH) reports is a must.
• Strong knowledge of source control and release management tools.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommended improvements to enhance system efficiency.
• Flexible to extend the work hours based on Project delivery need.
