Job summary

Qualifications

• Expertise in Oracle architecture, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, ASM, and Enterprise Manager.
• Strong PL/SQL and Oracle SQL performance tuning.
• Knowledge of backup, recovery, replication, high availability and disaster recovery.
• Experience with Oracle upgrades, migrations, and patching.
• Strong Linux/Unix and shell scripting skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and maintain Oracle databases.
• Monitor database performance, availability, capacity, and security.
• Perform Oracle SQL query optimization and database performance tuning.
• Manage database backups, recovery, patching, upgrades, and migrations.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Support high‑availability and disaster-recovery solutions.

• Automate routine database administration and monitoring activities.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support runbooks.
• Participate in production support and on‑call activities when required.
