Job summary

KAnand Corporation seeks an Oracle WMS Cloud Lead in Phoenix to design, configure, and deliver warehouse management solutions using Oracle Cloud WMS. You will lead functional design, run client workshops, and guide project teams through end-to-end implementations.

You will oversee data migration, testing cycles, and cutover planning, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing guidance to offshore teams and client SMEs for successful go-live and optimization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience implementing Oracle WMS Cloud solutions.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional designs.
• Experience facilitating CRPs/UAT and client workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and solution design for Oracle Cloud WMS.
• Configure inbound/outbound/inventory workflows and cross-dock processes.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle WMS specifications and integrations.
• Conduct CRPs, UAT, and solution validation activities.
• Oversee data migration, testing cycles, and cutover planning for warehouse ops.
• Provide guidance to offshore teams and client SMEs; create project docs (BRDs, SOPs, training).

Job description

• As an Oracle WMS Cloud Lead, you will design, configure, and deliver innovative warehouse management solutions using Oracle Cloud WMS. You will lead functional design, drive client workshops, and guide project teams through end to end implementations.
• Key responsibilities include:
• Leading requirements gathering sessions, solution design, and configuration for Oracle Cloud WMS.
• Designing inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and cross dock workflows tailored to client needs.
• Translating business requirements into Oracle WMS functional specifications and integration designs.
• Conducting Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), UAT, and solution validation activities.
• Overseeing data migration, testing cycles, and cutover planning related to warehouse operations.
• Providing guidance to offshore teams, junior consultants, and client SMEs.
• Creating project documentation including BRDs, functional designs, SOPs, and training material.
• Collaborating with cross functional teams (OTM, Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, Integration teams).
• Ensuring Oracle Cloud WMS best practices are applied across all functional areas.
• Supporting post go live hypercare, optimization, and continuous improvement.
