Qualifications

Job Description

Mandatory

• At least 4 years of experience with R12 Application Domain in SCM and distribution.
• At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on architecture/ Design /Detailing of Processes.
• At least 4 years of experience in Development / Configuration / solutions evaluation / Validation and deployment.
• At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal / external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.
• Hands on experience on implementing Oracle Cloud products (Supply Chain cloud, ERP Cloud). Oracle Application functional expertise in Oracle Discrete Manufacturing and Supply chain modules of R12 E-Business suite such as:
• Manufacturing: Flow Manufacturing, Configurator, BOM, WIP, Routing.
• Distribution – Order Management, Advance Pricing, iStore, Shipping execution.
• Should also have good knowledge of centralized Procurement processes and contracts management.
• Experience in managing large and complex programs.
• Experience working with multiple teams across geographical locations.
• Analytical and Communication skills.
• Planning and Co‑ordination skills.
• Experience with project management.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
