Job summary

A consulting firm is seeking an ERP Project Technical Lead who will manage the technical development team while ensuring effective communication between business and technical units. This role requires a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP, technical design management, and project documentation. The ideal candidate will be adaptable to new technologies and possess strong organizational capabilities. Work location is flexible but not permitted from Colorado or New York City.

Qualifications

Job description

The ERP Project Technical Lead is an integral member of the project team. This person must have a robust set of skills. The technical lead may be involved in the technical development of some RICEW objects but is primarily responsible for management of the technical development team.

Key Management and Business Analyst Skills

• Ability to understand business processes behind the requirements of the RICE Objects
• Ability to translate/communicate the business requirements to technical developers
• Strong organization and communication skills as the tech lead will be responsible for managing technical design workshops, communicating status, and documenting RICEW objects
• Ability to document conversion and integration data flow and design standards based upon best practices
• Must have the ability to research and understand new technology / tools quickly in order to present them as part of a high level solution during design phase
• Familiarity with Dev/Ops practices

• Experience using and/or strong understanding of the following tools or functions
