Job summary

Deloitte Cyber is hiring for a Senior Manager / Associate Vice President, Engineering Management to lead Oracle-focused cyber engagements. You will advise clients on strategy, design, implementation, migration, and operation of Oracle SaaS, OCI, and Access Governance, and provide technical leadership across strategic engagements.

As a thought leader, you will develop POVs and white papers, mentor junior practitioners, and help grow Deloitte's Oracle cybersecurity offerings while coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years in technical leadership roles.
• 10+ years with Oracle tech: ERP, OCI, and governance.
• Willingness to travel ~50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle-centric cyber pursuits and technical leadership across engagements.
• Advise clients on strategy, design, implementation, migration, and operation of Oracle technologies.
• Develop thought leadership content on Oracle technologies.
• Coach junior practitioners and promote best practices across teams.
• Support business development and delivery quality on joint Oracle-Deloitte initiatives.
