Job summary

Deloitte Cyber is seeking an Associate Vice President, Engineering Management to drive Oracle Cyber pursuits and provide technical leadership across strategic engagements. You will advise clients on Oracle-focused security solutions and lead technical solutioning for complex pursuits.

Responsibilities include coordinating Oracle SaaS, OCI, and Oracle Access Governance deployments, mentoring junior practitioners, and enabling business development while ensuring delivery quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership roles
• 7+ years of experience with Oracle technical solutions, including Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and Oracle Access Governance
• 6+ years of experience with Oracle security and governance, risk, and compliance
• Ability to travel 50% on average
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the strategy, design, implementation, migration, and operation of Oracle SaaS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and Oracle Access Governance technologies
• Serve as a subject matter expert for senior business and technology stakeholders on Oracle Cyber offerings and Deloitte services
• Lead technical solutioning for client pursuits and joint Oracle-Deloitte initiatives to support business development and delivery quality
• Develop thought leadership, including points of view and white papers, related to Oracle Cyber technologies and market trends
• Coach junior practitioners and promote adoption of Oracle leading practices across project teams
