Job summary

Argano is seeking an Oracle Cloud SCM Delivery Architect to lead large-scale SCM Cloud implementations. You will provide solution leadership, oversee architecture workshops, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.

You will collaborate with clients to design cost-effective strategies, extend Oracle Cloud via PaaS, and mentor junior consultants while communicating progress and risks to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an Oracle Functional consultant with 3+ years leading SCM solution design.
• Expert level experience as an Oracle Cloud Architect implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades.
• Experience with Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS) with a focus on Integration Cloud Service, Database Cloud Service
• Knowledgeable and experience with Web Services and the use of Oracle Cloud delivered Web Services (SOAP & REST)
• Expert consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of procurement ERP solutions.
• Experience in navigating the challenges of working with cross-border and diverse teams and projects.
• Expert level knowledge and experience with at least 3 of the following Oracle Cloud Application modules: Oracle Manufacturing Cloud, Oracle Cloud Cost Management, Oracle Order Management Cloud, Oracle Demand/Supply Planning, Oracle Maintenance Cloud, Oracle Procurement, Oracle Inventory Cloud
• Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots, performing functional configuration, and managing the testing of Oracle SCM Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provides functional leadership and oversight to the SCM functional team members in implementing Oracle SCM Cloud across mid to large engagements.
• Leads Oracle Cloud requirements workshops, solutions architecture and design discussions.
• Consults with clients to provide cost effective solutions and map business scenarios to Oracle Cloud.
• Leads the implementation team in creating the overall Enterprise Cloud solution (technical and functional).
• Designs extensions using Oracle Cloud Applications and PaaS, writing specifications for custom apps and integrations.
• Analyzes current systems to identify new requirements and potential enhancements.
• Mentors and guides the Oracle Cloud applications implementation team on the ground.

A Delivery Architect at Argano is a highly experienced professional in the consulting family responsible for providing solution leadership to mid-to-large size client engagements and contributing to the growth and development of the consulting practice. They will accomplish this by providing expert advice, guidance, and solutions related to technology to businesses and organizations and identify and apply creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides functional leadership and oversight to the SCM functional team members in successfully implementing a wide range of Oracle SCM Cloud applications across different industries for complex, mid to large size implementations oftentimes simultaneously on multiple engagements
• Has extensive experience in leading Oracle Cloud Application requirements workshops, solutions architecture & design discussions
• Using in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications, as well as industry best practice expertise, consults with clients to provide cost effective solutions to client business scenarios.
• Leads the implementation team in creating the overall Enterprise Cloud solution. This includes both technical and functional solutions.
• Has solid experience in extending Oracle Cloud Applications, such as with PaaS and other extension approaches and technologies.This involves designing solutions and writing specifications to create custom applications and integrating them with Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Analyzes current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for systems enhancements or modifications if necessary.
• Leads, mentors, trains and guides the Oracle Cloud applications implementation team on the ground
• Provides thought leadership and identifies and applies creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles and problems.
• Develops and implements long-term client strategies
• Acts as the primary point of contact for clients. Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Keep all parties informed about project progress, challenges, and changes.
• Actively engages project stakeholders in the estimation process, being mindful of the impact of strategic business changes.
• Supports business partners in presenting solution value to key stakeholders effectively.
• Collaborates with third-party vendors and suppliers to source necessary hardware, software, or services. Negotiates contracts and agreements to secure the best terms for the client.
• Presents compelling business cases, clearly quantifying the benefits of proposed solutions.
• Continuously monitors the performance of implemented solutions to identify areas for improvement or optimization. Provides recommendations for updates, upgrades, or modifications as needed.

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.
• MBA, relevant master's degree or PhD.

EXPERIENCE:
