Job summary

Peloton Group seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud PPM Lead to drive end-to-end implementations, transforming project financials and governance for clients. You will translate complex requirements into scalable PPM solutions, lead discovery, design, configuration, and testing, and partner with stakeholders across finance and operations.

This role demands 8–10+ years in ERP delivery with Oracle PPM, strong communication, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IS, or related field.
• 8–10+ years delivering ERP solutions with Oracle Projects/PPM.
• Minimum of 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud (Fusion) PPM implementations.
• Hands-on with Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Accounting, Project Contracts.
• Strong understanding of project-driven business models and revenue recognition.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud PPM implementations (discovery, design, config, testing, deployment).
• Serve as functional lead for PPM modules and provide SME guidance.
• Assess current-state processes and identify gaps and improvements.
• Define future-state processes across planning, costing, billing, and reporting.
• Translate business requirements into designs, configurations, and architecture decisions.
• Facilitate workshops and drive stakeholder alignment; mentor junior consultants.
