Job summary

Kastech Software Solutions Group is hiring an Oracle Cloud PLM Techno-Functional Consultant to design, configure, develop, implement, and support Oracle Cloud PLM solutions from Pittsburgh, PA. The role requires strong business-IT collaboration and hands-on PLM expertise.

The candidate will translate requirements into scalable functional and technical solutions, work with PD and PDH, and utilize Redwood UX, SQL, and APEX to deliver production-ready outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12–14+ years of IT experience with strong Oracle Cloud/PLM experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud PLM, Product Development (PD), and Product Data Hub (PDH).
• Experience with Redwood UX and Oracle Cloud applications.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Design, configure, customize, test, and deploy Oracle Cloud PLM solutions.
• Provide hands-on expertise with Oracle Product Development (PD) and Product Data Hub (PDH).
• Support implementation and adoption of Redwood UX features within Oracle Cloud applications.
• Design and execute data migration strategies from legacy PLM systems to Oracle Cloud PLM.
• Develop and maintain technical components using SQL, stored procedures, and Oracle APEX.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and developers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation, including requirements, solution designs, and configuration documentation.
• Support unit testing, integration testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Provide production and non-production support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Identify opportunities to improve PLM processes, integrations, data quality, and overall solution performance.
