Devopsroles is seeking an experienced Oracle SCM/Manufacturing specialist to lead the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Manufacturing Cloud modules across Work Definitions, Work Orders, Outside Processing, Inventory, Costing and Supply Planning.

The role supports fabless semiconductor processes with subcontractors, designs integrations (OIC/APIs), coordinates testing and data migration, and provides production support plus continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle SCM/Manufacturing experience with at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud Manufacturing implementations.
• Hands-on fabless semiconductor experience including outsource manufacturing, foundry/OSAT collaboration, and lot-based inventory.
• Strong knowledge of Outside Processing, Lot/Serial Control, Costing, and Supply Chain Orchestration.
• Exposure to FabConnect or similar semiconductor B2B/foundry integration platforms.
• Good understanding of Oracle Cloud integrations (OIC, FBDI, REST APIs).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work onsite with business and IT teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Manufacturing Cloud modules across core areas.
• Map and support fabless semiconductor processes with subcontractors and multi-stage BOMs.
• Design, build, and troubleshoot integrations between Oracle Cloud and partners (WIP, lot status, receipts).
• Gather requirements and translate into functional designs, configurations, and solution docs.
• Collaborate on integrations (OIC/APIs), reports (OTBI/BIP), and extensions.
• Support testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, and quarterly Cloud updates.
• Provide production support and root-cause analysis, and drive process improvements.
• Train end users and coordinate with business stakeholders onsite.
