Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Integration Engineer to design, build, and operate integration scenarios across Oracle Cloud Apps, on-prem systems, and third-party platforms.

The role owns the full integration lifecycle from analysis through deployment, monitoring, and support. Strong hands-on OIC experience and API management are essential for success in a remote US role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 6+ years of integration experience with hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Solid experience with Oracle Cloud Applications data models and APIs.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integration flows in Oracle Integration Cloud connecting Oracle apps with on-prem/third-party systems.
• Build app-driven and scheduled orchestrations with complex mappings and error handling.
• Configure and operate OIC adapters (REST, SOAP, FTP, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, etc).
• Develop process automation using OIC Process Cloud Service for human workflows.
• Build Visual Builder Cloud Service applications integrated with OIC and Oracle Apps.
• Implement API management strategies including security policies and throttling.
• Design robust error-handling and notification patterns with retries and escalation.
• Migrate legacy Oracle SOA Suite or other integrations to OIC.
• Collaborate with Oracle Cloud Applications teams to align integrations with business processes.
• Provide hypercare and post-go-live support, including incident response.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and runbooks for onboarding.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experiencedOracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developerto design, build, andoperateenterprise integration scenarios that connect Oracle Cloud Applications, on-premises Oracle systems, and third-party platforms. In this role you will own the full integration lifecycle, from analysis and design through development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with OIC integrations, processes, and visual builder applications, and will combine that with a clear understanding of integration patterns, API management, and Oracle Cloud Applications data models.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop integration flows in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) connecting Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, CX) with on-premises and third-party systems.
• Build app-driven and scheduled orchestrations, including complex mappings, error handling, and recovery flows.
• Configure andoperatea wide range of OIC adapters (REST, SOAP, FTP, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, custom).
• Develop process automation flows using OIC Process Cloud Service for human-centric workflows.
• Build Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) applications integrated with OIC and Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Implement API management strategies, including security policies, throttling, and developer portals.
• Design robust error-handling and notification patterns, including retries, escalation, and resubmission workflows.
• Optimizeperformance of high-volume integrations through batching, parallelism, and asynchronous patterns.
• Migrate legacy Oracle SOA Suite or third-party integrations to OIC.
• Collaborate with Oracle Cloud Applications functional teams to align integrations with business processes.
• Providehypercareand post-go-live support, including incident response and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain comprehensive, current technical documentation — including architecture diagrams, design decisions, configuration references, runbooks, and operational procedures — so that the systemremainssupportable, auditable, and easy to onboard new engineers onto over time.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal integration patterns and standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, ora relatedtechnical discipline.
• Five or more years of integration experience, with strong hands-on time in Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Solid experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, or CX) data models and APIs.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web service development.
• Working knowledge of Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Process Cloud Service.
• Familiarity with API management concepts and Oracle API Platform.
• Strong scripting skills (Groovy, JavaScript) and SQL.
• Experience with security standards (OAuth2, SAML,mTLS).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Prior experience migrating from Oracle SOA Suite to OIC is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud Platform Application Integration certification.
• Experience with Oracle Autonomous Database integration.
• Familiarity with event-driven integration on OCI.
• Exposure toDevOps and CI/CD patterns for OIC content.
• Working knowledge of related platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, SAP CPI).
