Job description

We’re looking for a Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) IAM Consultant with extensive hands-on experience designing, implementing, and securing enterprise identity and access management solutions. The ideal candidate will specialize in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), identity federation, single sign-on, directory integration, and cloud security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement OCI IAM solutions, including identity domains, users, groups, dynamic groups, compartments, and access policies.
• Configure identity federation and SSO using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and LDAP.
• Integrate OCI IAM with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP directories, and enterprise applications.
• Automate user provisioning, deprovisioning, and identity lifecycle workflows.
• Deploy and support IAM platforms using Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE), Kubernetes, and container-based architectures.
• Implement cloud security controls, OCI Web Application Firewall (WAF), and OWASP-aligned protection policies.
• Conduct IAM risk assessments and support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits.
• Lead IAM architecture, implementation, integration, testing, migration, and production deployment.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, database, middleware, and cybersecurity teams.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with OCI Identity and Access Management (IAM), including identity domains, dynamic groups, compartments, policies, federation, and access management.
• Experience designing, implementing, and securing OCI environments.
• Strong expertise in SSO, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML federation, and LDAP.
• Experience integrating OCI IAM with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and LDAP directories.
• Experience with automated user provisioning, deprovisioning, directory synchronization, and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience with IAM platforms on OKE, Kubernetes, and container-based architectures.
• Knowledge of cloud security controls, OCI WAF, and OWASP security practices.
• Experience conducting IAM and cloud security risk assessments and supporting SOC 2 / ISO 27001 audits.
• Experience with SQL, Java, Jenkins, Ansible, and automation tools.
• Strong technical leadership, troubleshooting, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• OCI architecture, cloud migration, infrastructure security, and multi-data-center deployments.
• High availability, disaster recovery, active-active architecture, and production reliability.
• Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• OCI certifications, AWS security certification, or CyberArk and other privileged access management experience.
