Job summary

Accion Labs is seeking a hands-on Oracle Cloud AI/ML engineer in Pittsburgh to design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions on OCI. You will work with OCI Data Science, notebooks, pipelines, and model catalogs to deliver end-to-end AI capabilities.

The role requires strong Python/SQL/pandas skills, experience with MLOps, DevOps, and cloud security, plus deep knowledge of OCI PD/PDH modules and data services in an enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure AI/ML services and OCI Data Science.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and pandas for data science tasks.
• Experience with MLOps, DevOps, and model deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of OCI data services (Autonomous DB, Object Storage, Data Flow).
• Strong understanding of cloud security and governance for AI.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, train, deploy, and monitor scalable AI/ML solutions on Oracle Cloud, including classification, prediction, recommendation, NLP, CV, and intelligent automation use cases.
• Hands-on experience with OCI Generative AI, embeddings, vector search, retrieval-augmented generation, semantic search, and GenAI solution development.
• Collaborate on enterprise GenAI governance and model lifecycle management, monitoring, and retraining.

Must have:

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure / OCI AI/ML - AI/ML Services, Oracle PLM / Oracle Cloud PD and PDH modules, AI/ML Solution Design & Deployment, Core Technical & Data Science Proficiency using Python, SQL, pandas or similar ML frameworks, MLOps & DevOps Practices, Enterprise Cloud Security & AI Governance. Design, build, train, deploy, and monitor scalable AI/ML solutions on Oracle Cloud, including classification, prediction, recommendation, NLP, computer vision, and intelligent automation use cases...

JD:

Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, especially OCI AI/ML services, OCI Data Science, model deployment, notebooks, jobs, pipelines, and model catalog.

• Strong experience with Oracle Cloud PD and PDH modules, including product data management, product hierarchy, item management, attributes, data quality, governance, and enterprise integrations.
• Design, build, train, deploy, and monitor scalable AI/ML solutions on Oracle Cloud, including classification, prediction, recommendation, NLP, computer vision, and intelligent automation use cases.
• Hands-on experience with OCI Generative AI, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, retrieval-augmented generation, semantic search, and enterprise GenAI solution development.
• Strong programming and data science skills using Python, SQL, pandas or similar ML frameworks.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud data services such as Autonomous Database, Object Storage, Data Integration, Data Flow, OCI Streaming, and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
• Knowledge of MLOps and DevOps practices, including Git, Kubernetes, OCI Container Engine for Kubernetes, model lifecycle management, monitoring, and retraining.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, IAM, networking, encryption, data privacy, responsible AI, model explainability, and enterprise AI governance.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
