Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC in Atlanta seeks a hands-on OCI/Oracle Fusion specialist to design, deploy, and monitor cloud solutions. You will work across IAM, logging, dashboards, and automation, ensuring robust performance for Fusion modules and SaaS components.

The role requires expertise in OCI services, OKE/Docker, Terraform, APM, and SIEM integrations, with on-call rotations to support critical production systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Setup and manage logging (Log Analytics, connector hub, streaming).
• Create custom OCI dashboards for monitoring and APM enablement.
• Integrate OCI logging with SIEM tools and ensure Fusion/APM coverage.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines for Oracle Fusion deployments and updates.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support 24/7 production issues.

Job Description:

• In-depth knowledge of fundamental OCI services, including Compute, Storage (Block, Object, File), and Networking (VCNs, gateways).
• Expertise in deploying and managing containerized applications using Docker and Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE).
• A deep understanding of OCI's observability stack to collect and analyze metrics, logs, and traces. Key services.
• Experience with tools like Terraform to automate the provisioning and management of OCI resources.
• Knowledge of Oracle database systems and other databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL for performance tuning and management.
• Expertise in OCI Identity and Access Management (IAM), Vault, and security services like Cloud Guard.
• Proficiency in coding/scripting languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion application performance and availability. This includes a focus on Customer, SCM, Financials, and Procurement modules
• Setup Logging services (using log analytics, connector hub, streaming)
• Custom OCI dashboards for monitoring
• Autonomous database management and monitoring
• SAAS (OIC and Fusion) monitoring
• Integrating OCI logging with SIEM tools (like Google Secops)
• while testing and creating monitoring modules and enabling APM for fusion and providing any documentation that we might have for APM enablement in OCI
• Enabling APM for Fusion and creating dashboards using an external tool / system
• Improve CI/CD pipelines for Oracle Fusion application deployments and updates
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical production issues
