Accenture is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Tester to lead the testing effort, plan, construct, and execute release tests, and define metrics for test execution and defect resolution. The work:

As an Oracle Cloud HCM Tester, you will lead the testing effort and team to plan, construct, and execute release tests. You will apply testing methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics for managing and assessing the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution. You will leverage your business and functional knowledge to meet the team’s overall test objectives while coaching and advising testers as required.

This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations are Atlanta, Dallas or Tampa.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Oracle Tester with TOSCA, including experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in defining and implementing metrics to assess testing processes.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and ensure alignment on testing objectives.
• Oracle Cloud Certification

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
