Zusammenfassung

MPI is seeking a Senior Manager, Oracle ERP Product Management to lead the strategy, delivery, and ongoing evolution of its Oracle Cloud ERP ecosystem. You will own the ERP roadmap, collaborate with business leaders, and drive adoption across Finance, Procurement, PPM, EPM, and HCM.

You will oversee a cross-functional team, manage backlogs, and coordinate releases while establishing metrics to continuously optimize performance and user experience.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in ERP product management, enterprise applications, product delivery, or ERP leadership roles.
• Hands-on Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) experience across multiple modules such as Financials, Procurement, PPM, EPM, or HCM.
• Proven experience leading teams responsible for delivering enterprise software, ERP implementations, or major platform enhancements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across finance, operations, HR, technology teams, and executive leadership.

• Own the Oracle Cloud ERP roadmap and prioritize enhancements across Finance, Procurement, PPM, EPM, HCM, and related business functions.
• Partner with business leaders to identify operational challenges and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
• Lead a cross-functional ERP product team, managing backlog prioritization, release planning, testing, and delivery.
• Drive user adoption, stakeholder engagement, and change management to ensure successful implementation of new capabilities.
• Establish performance metrics and continuously optimize the ERP platform to improve business outcomes, efficiency, and user experience.
